The short route is flat as a Mill Pond
The long route is out to Sonning Mill… with a twist!
The training ride option is interval efforts; building intervals at threshold pace or working to perceived effort levels. You will be working to your own capabilities, so it´s suitable for everyone! You will need a bike computer to time your own efforts.
Please familairise yourself with your chosen route, if you´re on the social rides, better still download it to your GPS device; otherwise it´s an expensive clock!
Group yourselves with similar ability riders, faster groups off first, and enjoy the sunshine!
